What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Divorce Coaching is a time specific
and goal oriented approach to help clients break down the hurdles that
may be in the way of achieving their goals.
Therapy
is about exploring the past and more focus on insight oriented work. Therapy
is also about diagnosing and treating mental illness.
How does coaching work?
Coaches work one on one with
clients once a week or more, depending on your need. We will either meet face to
face or have telephone sessions. The average length of a coaching
relationship is approximately 6 months.

How do I know if I am ready for coaching?
When you are ready to focus on you and de-focus on the behaviors of your ex-spouse
you are ready for coaching. When you realize that you are ready to help
yourself but not sure what to do next, you are ready for coaching.
How do I get started?
When you call we will schedule an initial session to discuss your assessment,
set goals and begin to create an plan to move forward.
How do you charge for your services?
Our sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. I charge the fee to your
credit card at the beginning of each month or individual coaching
session. American Express, MasterCard or Visa are accepted.
